El proceso de transformación del ejército y la formación profesional en la Escuela Militar de Chorrillos "Coronel Francisco Bolognesi", 2020

Abstract

La presente tesis cuyo título es "El proceso de transformación del Ejército y la formación Profesional en la Escuela Militar de Chorrillos "Coronel Francisco Bolognesi", 2020"; el objetivo general de esta investigación fue describir la relación entre el proceso de transformación del Ejército y la formación profesional de la Escuela Militar de Chorrillos "Coronel Francisco Bolognesi". Por lo cual, se establecieron tres objetivos específicos, el primero describir la relación entre el desarrollo de la fuerza y la formación profesional de la Escuela Militar de Chorrillos, por segundo objetivo tenemos, describir la relación entre la cultura organizacional y la formación profesional de la escuela militar, por tercer objetivo tenemos, describir la relación entre sensibilización y la formación profesional. La presente investigación se basa bajo un enfoque metodológico cuantitativo, pertenece a un nivel correlacional ya que busca analizar la relación entre dos variables. Por lo cual el diseño de la investigación fue no experimental transversal. La población se basa en 279 cadetes de 4to año. Por lo cual, la muestra ascendió a 162 cadetes aspirantes. La obtención de la información se obtiene mediante la encuesta, utilizando un cuestionario como instrumento. La selección de los cadetes se llevó a cabo mediante un muestreo probabilístico aleatorio simple. El procesamiento de información de esta investigación se basó en el cálculo del coeficiente "Chi Cuadrado" se determinó la relación entre las variables de la investigación, ya que se obtiene como información de la relación de hipótesis y su objetivo generales. Por lo cual, se logró validar las hipótesis específicas. Por ende, existe una relación significativa entre las dos variables.

This research is based on a quantitative methodological approach, it belongs to a correlational level since it seeks to analyze the relationship between two variables. Therefore, the research design was non-experimental cross-sectional. Population is based on 279 4th year cadets. Therefore, the sample amounted to 162 aspiring cadets. Obtaining the information is obtained through the survey, using a questionnaire as an instrument. The selection of the cadets was carried out by means of a simple random probability sampling. The information processing of this investigation was based on the calculation of the “Chi Square” coefficient to determine the relationship between the variables of the investigation, since it is obtained as information from the relation of the general hypothesis and its general objective. Therefore, it was possible to validate the specific hypotheses. Therefore, there is a significant relationship between the two variables.
